The original space was quite reasonable, but this family wanted more, so we tore out closets, moved the door to the garage to a new location and created them a very special room. With beautiful granite, custom made cabinets, wood paneling on the walls, and a brand new locker centre, you couldn’t ask for a nicer laundry room.

This was such an exciting project. The clients found this dated home on Lake Huron and wanted to use it for their Beach House. In three months, we were able to totally transform the interior spaces. They didn’t stop there. The next year we were back to add a four car garage for water toys and of course more bedrooms and living space. What a transformation. But they loved the neighbourhood. So they approached us to refresh their Kitchen, install new floors throughout home. They also created a new space for a dining nook, built a totally new great room addition, added a third bay to their garage, and they created a gorgeous master bath and walk-in closet.
